Costs for an exhibit booth are:
- $950 for RCA members; includes 1 full conference registration and meals ($600 value), subsequent exhibit staff registrations $500 for all venues and meals
- $1050 for non-RCA members; includes 1 full conference registration and meals, subsequent exhibit staff registrations $500 for all venues and meals

Each 8′ x 6′ booth spaces includes one draped table, two chairs, and – if located in the Beauvert Ballroom – electricity (1 power bar). Any other requirements (e.g., additional power bars, secure wireless internet connection, shipments of goods) will need to be arranged with the hotel directly.
